ANSWER
On its own, OpenLynx saves data to a specific MassLynx project for all samples.
Reports can be saved to different locations specified in OAManager > File > Report Location.
OAToolkit can save data into different projects.
- Each user can save data into their own project, or
- During processing, the data can be moved to a different project.
