How to manually integrate a peak in MassLynx - WKB45310

OBJECTIVE or GOAL

To be able to manually integrate or modify the start and end points of an integrated peak in MassLynx.

ENVIRONMENT

• MassLynx

PROCEDURE

1. Integrate the peaks by selecting Process > Integrate in the chromatogram display window.
2. To modify or manually integrate peak, select Edit > Integrate Peaks.
3. Right-click, identify the start of the peak, and drag to the end of the peak.
4. Click Add to update the chromatogram display with the integrated peak.
