Quanlynx Summary Bar is missing - WKB380
SYMPTOMS
- Missing Summary Bar in the QuanLynx browser
- Summary cannot be turned on from the tool bar button
- Under View, Summary Bar is checked

CAUSE
The cause is unknown
FIX or WORKAROUND

Close the Quanlynx Browser and open Windows Explorer

Browse to the Masslynx folder on the C drive and locate the file quanlynx.~ql. This file stores the display parameters for the Quanlynx Browser. Delete this file for it has become corrupted. Close Explorer.

Open the Quanlynx Browser to see if the Summary Bar has returned. If the Summary Bar is still not present, proceed to the next step

Launch the Registry Editor (START | Run | Regedit | OK). Browse to HKEY_CURRENT_USER | Software | Wow6432Node | Micromass. Under the Micromass folder, locate the Quanlynx folder, highlight it and delete it. A new Quanlynx folder will be created when you launch the Quanlynx Browser. Close the Registry Editor.
