Set the calculation range for Signal to Noise in TargetLynx and QuanLynx.

ENVIRONMENT

• TargetLynx
• QuanLynx

PROCEDURE

1. Select Sample Flagging Properties in the TargetLynx or QuanLynx Method Editor.

2. Set the noise measurement time in Noise windows start (min) and Noise windows end (min) under Signal To Noise Parameters.

How to copy the noise times from the raw data into the processing method
Check [Update] → [Noise Range] in the Method Editor and right-drag the noise range of the raw data chromatogram.
