ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
If the vial location set in MassLynx is determined to be correct, verify that there is a vial in the specified position and that the sample tray is in the correct location in the sample manager bed.
When an error such as an incorrect vial location is made on a Sample List, you cannot simply make the change to the Sample List and save it while the batch is still in the Queue. MassLynx will save the changes to the file, but the original version of the Sample List with the incorrect information is still in the Queue and is not updated simply by saving the Sample List. This is why you need to clear the batch from the Queue, correct and save the Sample List, and resubmit it to the Queue.
