How to create an OpenLynx or FractionLynx report within MassLynx - WKB273592

OBJECTIVE or GOAL

Create an OpenLynx (.rpt) or FractionLynx (.fpt) report within MassLynx.

ENVIRONMENT

  • MassLynx

  • FractionLynx

PROCEDURE

  1. Within the MassLynx sample list, browse in the "default" parameter file for either OpenLynx (.olp) or FractionLynx (.flp) in the Parameter File field (you may need to edit your sample list view to show this column).
  2. Browse in either "OpenLynx" or "AutoPurify" in the Process field.

3. Save the sample list (this will default to the Sampledb folder relevant to your MassLynx project folder).

4. Select "Start Run" and select "Auto Process Samples".

5. Review the OpenLynx or FractionLynx report (saved in same locations as the sample list).

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

You can edit the parameter files to adjust which traces you want to report. Set your integration parameters and spectral tests by locating the methods under the OpenLynx and FractionLynx applications.

FractionLynx > Edit AutoPurify method
