SYMPTOMS

• No values in the Std Conc column in the TargetLynx summary bar
• No values for the y axis of the calibration curve
• Standard concentrations are entered in the Conc A column in the sample list
• TargetLynx processing method has Conc A in the Concentration of standard:level field
• Select Calibrate standards in the Create TargetLynx XS Dataset window
• Peaks integrated properly

ENVIRONMENT

• MassLynx
• TargetLynx

CAUSE

The Use Quan Ion in Response Calculation field is set to No. Change the field to Yes

FIX or WORKAROUND

In the TargetLynx processing method:

1. Click the Target Ion Properties icon.
2. Set Use Quan Ion in Response Calculation to Yes.
3. Save the method.
4. Reprocess the data.
