BackLynx stopped working - WKB26820

SYMPTOMS

• BackLynx no longer moves files, neither to a network folder nor to a local folder
• BackLynx worked before, and the configuration has not been changed
• The BackLynx log file is blank
• BackLynx on three other systems still works fine

ENVIRONMENT

• MassLynx SCN 905
• BackLynx

CAUSE

There is a previous job still listed on the Review tab.

FIX or WORKAROUND

Remove the old job.
