BackLynx not moving files to a network folder - WKB26816

SYMPTOMS
BackLynx is not moving any files to a network location.
However, files can successfully be moved locally.
ENVIRONMENT
MassLynx 4.1 or 4.2, any SCN
CAUSE
Network location not correctly configured in BackLynx. The URL was using a mapped drive.
FIX or WORKAROUND
Manually type the URL of the shared folder as the Destination in BackLynx (or copy the URL from Windows Explorer).
Do not browse to the location via BackLynx.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Other possible causes:
1. Acquisition PC not on the customer's domain.
2. The Windows user does not have the Write permission to the folder on the network drive.
3. Try logging in to Windows as domain user.
