How to set up retention time flagging in TargetLynx - WKB25157

OBJECTIVE or GOAL

Set up a TargetLynx processing method to include retention time (RT) flagging.

ENVIRONMENT

• MassLynx (multiple SCNs)
• TargetLynx XS

PROCEDURE

1. Open TargetLynx Method Editor.
2. Navigate to the "Flagging" settings page.                                                     
3. Expand the "Retention Time Settings", and select the Flag RT tolerance limits.
4. Save the method and process data.
