MassLynx freezes randomly during an injection or will not start next injection - WKB244057

SYMPTOMS

• injection never goes to completion and at some random time, the system freezes
• no errors found on system, buttons are available but nothing happens when pressed once system locks up
• Tune page may be frozen / greyed out
• Reboot of PC may or may not resolve issue 

ENVIRONMENT

• MassLynx
• Xevo G2-XS
• Xevo TQ-S micro
• ACQUITY QDa Mass Detector

CAUSE

Corrupt MassLynx project.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Create a new project based on Default or an existing, working project.
