ACQUITY system under-pressure and over-pressure errors - WKB241380

SYMPTOMS

• When trying to load method, system shows over-pressure errors at 7500 psi
• When attempting to troubleshoot the error, system shows under-pressure error at 1000 psi
• Both errors appear in the span of a few minutes

ENVIRONMENT

• ACQUITY UPLC
• ACQUITY I-Class

CAUSE

The inlet method high and low pressure limits were altered.

FIX or WORKAROUND

Reset the high and low pressure limits back to their default values: Low pressure limit of zero; high pressure limit of 15000 psi on ACQUITY UPLC, 18000 psi on ACQUITY I-Class.
