Determine MRMs for multiple analytes simultaneously.

PROCEDURE

1. When developing an MS method, the IntelliStart software enables you to develop LC-MS methods automatically. Prior to developing IntelliStart methods, instrument resolution and calibration should be run for the type of analysis being performed (e.g., Unit Resolution, Low Mass Resolution). 
2. Find IntelliStart method development example information for each instrument in the Customer Familiarization Guide here.
3. IntelliStart automatically determines MRM transition(s) for each compound and will optimize the MSMS parameters to create an MS method file.
4. Up to four compounds can be run at a time. The molecular mass values specified must be the neutral monoisotopic masses, not [M+H]+m/z values. Moreover, additional compounds can be added to an existing MRM method by selecting the "Append to existing methods" check box.

Note: The procedure above will also work to develop SIR methods by checking the Develop SIR method feature and unchecking Develop MRM method. All other steps are the same.
