SYMPTOMS

• Unable to view all .raw data folders in a MassLynx project when browsing with the Chromatogram Data Browser function in MassLynx
• All .raw data folders are present when reviewed in Windows File Explorer
• Chromatogram can be viewed when .raw date file name is typed manually

ENVIRONMENT

• MassLynx

CAUSE

The MassLynx project contains more than 32,000 .raw data folders exceeding 200 GB.

FIX or WORKAROUND

Create a new project

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Alternatively, archive .raw data folders to <2 GB.
