PROCEDURE

1. Open the chromatogram or TargetLynx Experiment for the data of interest.
2. Instrument Parameters - Function X:

Polarity    API-
Calibration    Static 2
Corona (µA)    0.30
Corona (kV)    2.5

The set values for both modes are displayed here.

3. Check the instrument readbacks:

Corona (µA) 23.09
Corona (kV) 2.5

In this case, it is Corona (kV) 2.5, so it was run in Voltage mode.
