Cannot open or edit the Inlet or Autosampler modules to edit the MassLynx inlet method parameters - WKB228547

SYMPTOMS
- Open the Inlet Editor and then click on the Inlet and Autosampler blue lozenges but they do not open
- Cannot edit the inlet method
- Inlet methods can be opened and viewed in the Console
- Does not work in Default project
- Console may or may not have odd characters within the text fields
ENVIRONMENT
- MassLynx
- MassLynx Security
- Xevo TQD
- ACQUITY UPLC
- ACQUITY UPLC H-Class
- ACQUITY UPLC I-Class
CAUSE
Software is somewhere corrupted.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Load the Instrument Control Software (ICS) for the TUV detector. This loads common components and resolves the corruption.
- Reboot the PC.
