ANSWER
Select Display > Mass ... from MassLynx > Chromatogram to display the Mass Chromatogram window.
Specify the m/z you want to extract in Description (m/z) and the range of m/z you want to extract in Abs Window (Da).
By default, 1.0000 is the value in Abs Window (Da), which extracts m/z in the range of ± 0.5, totaling 1.000 Da.
