Integrate Drift Time versus Intensity DriftScope data (DT vs. I).
ENVIRONMENT
- DriftScope
- MassLynx
- SYNAPT HDMS
- SYNAPT G2
- SYNAPT G2-S
- SYNAPT G2-Si
PROCEDURE
- Select the desired Drift data in the DriftScope and select the green check mark
so that only the desired data shows. - Select the File drop-down menu > Export to MassLynx > Retain DriftTime.
- Go to MassLynx > Chromatogram and select File > Open.
- Open the File Name_dt_0# file that was just created.
- Select Display >View and change the Axis Label Horizontal Axis to Scan.
- The Drift Time Chromatogram is ready to be integrated.
- Select Process > Integrate, or the Integration button
or process in TargetLynx.
