ANSWER

MassLynx has not been formally tested for compatibility with Office 365, but we have no reason to think it will be incompatible.

However, be aware that not all versions of Windows 10 support Office 365. Microsoft no longer supports Office 365 in its long-term support editions of Windows 10 (LTSB/LTSC). Waters uses those versions on instrument control PCs (see What is the latest version of MassLynx Software that supports my MS instrument? - WKB554).

On instrument control PCs you might want to use a perpetual license Office version like Office 2019, which is supported in Windows 10 LTSB and LTSC versions. For detailed information on Office 365 system requirements, consult Microsoft.
