In TargetLynx, cannot see the internal standard concentrations calculated for analyte samples - WKB206610

SYMPTOMS

• Unable to get the concentrations of the internal standard compound calculated for analytes
• Can see a calibration curve for all compounds
• Can see concentrations calculated for the standard samples for all compounds
• The internal standard's calibration properties in the TargetLynx method show that the Concentration of Standard is set to Conc D
• The sample list has only the Conc D column populated for the standard samples

ENVIRONMENT

• TargetLynx
• MassLynx 4.1

CAUSE

Analyte samples have nothing in the Conc D column in the sample list.

FIX or WORKAROUND

Be sure to specify the internal standard concentration in both standard and analyte samples if you are using a specific sample list column for the Concentration of Standard in your TargetLynx method.
