Yes. You can enable the database logging feature to create a database file containing the details of all samples acquired. MassLynx records an entry in the database file for each sample acquired. The default database file is C:\MassLynx\samples.mdb.
To enable the database logging feature in MassLynx:
- Click Tools from the left-hand vertical listing on the sample list page.
- Click Options.
- Select Log Samples in the Database Logging area on the system tab.
- Click Database to confirm the correct location and file name.
Tip: Use the MS serial number or the system name as the database file name. - Open the database file (*.mdb) in Microsoft Access.
