SYMPTOMS
- Cannot find inlet methods
- Find multiple inlets listed vertically (odd), but cannot find methods in correct place
- Saved a test method and it has only .ftn file
ENVIRONMENT
- MassLynx
CAUSE
Corrupted inlet files
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Close MassLynx.
- Log in to the Windows Registry and delete the inlets folders in both HKEY_CURRENT_USER and HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE folders.
- Reboot the PC (the inlet files are re-created).
