SYMPTOMS

• C: drive is full due to temporary files

ENVIRONMENT

• Windows 10 based Lenovo running MassLynx

CAUSE

C:Windows\TEMP\nagent_autopatches_2e4214be-5962-xxxxxxxxxxxx\config.ini
C:Windows\TEMP\nagent_autopatches_2e4214be-5962-xxxxxxxxxxxx\klrbtagt.exe
C:Windows\TEMP\nagent_autopatches_2e4214be-5962-xxxxxxxxxxxx\klrbtagt.ini

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Run Task Scheduler. Expand Task Scheduler Library.
2. Expand Microsoft.
3. Expand Windows, and then find and click on Disk Cleanup.
4. Look for "Silent Cleanup Task" in the top pane; you will see that is has failed in the "Last Run" comments.
5. Disable the task.
