Configure a Windows XP computer before installing MassLynx 4.1.

ENVIRONMENT

• MassLynx 4.1
• Windows XP

PROCEDURE

1. Consult the MassLynx release notes for the supported operating system for your MassLynx SCN. If necessary, download the notes from the Waters Web site.
2. Follow the procedure in the attachment below. A second attachment describes changing the IP address to the alternate if needed (that is, if your company network uses the 192.168.x.x address).
