No.

SCN 968 works only with continuum MS, MSe, HDMS, and HDMSe data (see release notes)

If you try to compress .raw folders containing TUV or PDA data, the optical data will be lost and will not be there when you decompress the data. The same is true for data from other non-MS detectors.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Other MS data types are not supported either. e.g. you cannot compress DDA, PID, or tof-MRM data using this tool.
