TargetLynx cannot process ToF data correctly - WKB13372

SYMPTOMS

• TargetLynx crashes when trying to process data with more than 10 compounds in the method
• TargetLynx not integrating peaks
• Manually added peaks are not saved

ENVIRONMENT

• MassLynx 4.1 SCN 958
• TargetLynx 4.1 SCN 958

CAUSE

The acquisition releases of MassLynx for Tof systems do not have a suitable version of Targetlynx for processing Tof data

FIX or WORKAROUND

You must process software on an off-line PC with the current version of the MassLynx Desktop Software.
