"DBE" error when opening stand-alone Diversity Browser - WKB13271

SYMPTOMS

• OpenLynx report file (*.rpt) opened from email to open Diversity Browser
• A blank browser window opens with an error window saying "DBE"

ENVIRONMENT

• Stand-alone Diversity Browser
• MassLynx
• OpenLynx / Diversity Browser / OALogin

CAUSE

Incorrect account settings on the local PC prevent the Browser from opening.

FIX or WORKAROUND

Check all permissions and settings on the local PC—adequate permissions are needed to access the software and read/write/modify the report.
