MassLynx chromatogram view crashes with "not responding" message when viewing analog data (Pressure trace) - WKB11693

SYMPTOMS

• In MassLynx > Chromatogram > Display > Analog... > Select Pressure trace
• Open or zoom in on the pressure trace 
• Chromatogram window crashes with "not responding" message
• Must close and reopen MassLynx to recover
• Same data file crashes with MassLynx on a different PC
• A file collected on a different PC does not crash on this PC

ENVIRONMENT

• MassLynx SCN 905
• Chromatogram
• ACQUITY Pressure trace

CAUSE

MassLynx is acquiring corrupt data files.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Reinstall MassLynx.
