How to update retention time with Quanpedia? - WKB109963

OBJECTIVE or GOAL

• To modify the retention time of the compound registered in Quanpedia

ENVIRONMENT

• MassLynx
• TargetLynx
• Quanpedia

PROCEDURE

1. Run with the MSMethod created by Quanpedia.
2. Process the analyzed data with TargetLynx and review the retention time.
3. Open Quanpedia and open the database containing the compound for which you want to update the retention time.
4. Click “Update Time” and select the Analysis for which you want to modify the retention time.
5. Select “Use Manual Edit”, then select “Use QLD File”, and select the processing data with the appropriate retention time for the “Select data file” in the Browser.
6. The compound you want to update is displayed in “Compound”, and the retention time to update with is displayed in “New RT”.
