• Found: Peak areas and retention times reported
• Found: Response column is blank
• Found: Conc B column (used for IS concentration) is blank on the sample list

ENVIRONMENT

• TargetLynx 4.1
• MassLynx 4.1

CAUSE

The concentration of the internal standard is not specified in the designated column of the sample list.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Populate the Conc column designated in the TargetLynx method for the internal standard concentration.
2. Reprocess the data.
