Not all ACQUITY inlet method details are in the experimental record or the inlet method printout - WKB1025

SYMPTOMS

• For some samples/methods, the experimental record and post-run report do not show all of the information for the modules; for example, just the title "Waters ACQUITY SDS" may appear, but no details
• Incomplete printout of inlet method details

ENVIRONMENT

• MassLynx
• ACQUITY
• Windows 7
• Experimental report - Run method parameters

CAUSE

The Firmware and ICS (Instrument Control Software) versions are not the same versions for the modules.
(For example, the ACQUITY BSM or ACQUITY FTN Autosampler Firmware is 1.50, but the ICS loaded is 1.60.)

FIX or WORKAROUND

Reload/modify the ICOPs so the ICS and firmware match.
