No. Q-Tof micro support was not included in the Windows 7 support for legacy instruments release (MassLynx 4.1 SCN 872) or in any MassLynx 4.2 release for Windows 10.
Q-Tof micro is supported only on Windows XP with MassLynx 4.1 SCN 633.
