CAUSE
Corrupted .NET Framework and ACQUITY Drivers
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Remove .NET Framework and uninstall ACQUITY Drivers.
- Re-install ACQUITY Drivers.
(.NET Framework is built into Windows 10, so there's no need to install .NET Framework.)
