Set the analysis order of the sample set when performing pinch quantification.

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3

PROCEDURE

1. Set all processes in the row of unknown sample injection to "No analysis / report".

2. Label the unknown sample injection line.

3. Add the function "Quantitative" line to the last line of the sample set and specify the label of the unknown sample in the label reference.

* The label reference "U*" in the quantitative line means to refer to the sample with U at the beginning of the label.
All unknown samples are labeled with a U, so this line quantifies all unknown samples.

* When creating a sample set, you can use the new sample set method wizard to automatically set the analysis order as described above.
