The Empower Quick Start View Acquisition does not display the chromatogram from the 2D channel used for analysis - WKB97889

SYMPTOMS

• The Empower 3 Quick Start View Acquisition does not show the chromatogram of the wavelength configured in Customize > Channel > 2D Channel
• Professional interface displays as expected

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3 SR1
• QuickStart interface
• ACQUITY UPLC PDA Detector

CAUSE

Problem with the Preferences setting

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Delete all preference settings by selecting File > Delete Preferences.
2. Restart Empower Quick Start.
3. On the Customize > Channel > 2D Channel tab, set the wavelength of the spectrum you want to display.
4. Save the settings by selecting File > Save Preferences.
