Tune page does not open in Empower with SQD , TQD, or SQD2 - WKB9507

SYMPTOMS
- The Tune Page button is active, but selecting the button does not open the Tune Page.
ENVIRONMENT
- Empower 2
- Empower 3
- SQ Detector
- SQ Detector 2
- TQ Detector
CAUSE
The Waters Service is running. The Tune Page will not open if the Waters Service is running.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Set the Waters Service to a start-up type of Disabled and stop the service.
- Restart the PC, and then restart the EPC.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
It is possible that driver maintenance on the node enabled or started the Waters Service.
