Yes, Empower 2 upgrades are still available. See attached upgrade form.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Customers with very old instrumentation may not be in a position to upgrade to Empower 3. Note that the newest operating system to support Empower 2 is Windows XP, which is no longer supported by Microsoft, does not get security patches any more, and does not run on current computer hardware due to a lack of XP drivers.
