ENVIRONMENT
- Empower 3 Feature Release 5
CAUSE
Windows 10 update caused the computer to crash. Restored the computer to the earliest date, deleted the two services OracleEmpowerOraclexxxTNSListener and OracleServiceEmpower, which also deleted the drivers.
FIX or WORKAROUND
Reinstall Empower.
