2475 fluorescence detector does not appear in the Empower "Run Samples" control panel - WKB9341

SYMPTOMS

• The 2475 fluorescence detector does not appear in the Empower "Run Samples" control panel
• No communication issues
• Able to collect data and run normally

ENVIRONMENT

• 2475 Fluorescence (FLR) detector
• ICS 1.01
• Firmware 2.03

CAUSE

The control panel in Empower Run Samples is not available with ICS 1.01.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Upgrade to Waters Driver Pack 2016 Release 1.

Note : Starting with ICS 1.65 and firmware 2.10, which is Waters Driver Pack 2016 Release 1, the control panel appears in the Run Samples window.
