FIX or WORKAROUND
- Inspect the eCord history in the ACQUITY Console.
- Detach the eCord from the instrument.
- Delete the eCord column serial number from the eCord tree in Configuration Manager.
- Reattach the eCord to the instrument.
- Run a blank injection to upload the eCord history from the column into Empower.
