CAUSE

Unknown

FIX or WORKAROUND

  1. Inspect the eCord history in the ACQUITY Console.
  2. Detach the eCord from the instrument.
  3. Delete the eCord column serial number from the eCord tree in Configuration Manager.
  4. Reattach the eCord to the instrument.
  5. Run a blank injection to upload the eCord history from the column into Empower.
