CAUSE
Unknown
FIX or WORKAROUND
Restart Oracle xxxTNSListener and Restart OracleServiceEMPOWER.
To do this:
- In File Explorer, Navigate to This PC.
- Right-click Manage
- Double-click Services and Applications
- Double-click Services
- Right-click the outlined services and choose restart.
- Open Empower. (No reboot of the PC is needed.)
- If you dont have access to Windows services then reboot the pc to restart the services.
