  • Rebooting does not fix the error

  • Breeze

CAUSE

Unknown

FIX or WORKAROUND

Restart Oracle xxxTNSListener and Restart OracleServiceEMPOWER.

To do this:

  1. In File Explorer, Navigate to This PC.
  2. Right-click Manage
  3. Double-click Services and Applications
  4. Double-click Services
  5. Right-click the outlined services and choose restart.
  6. Open Empower. (No reboot of the PC is needed.)
  7. If you dont have access to Windows services then reboot the pc to restart the services.
