SYMPTOMS
- GPC Calibration curve does not have the expected number of calibration points
- Processing method worked previously
- Inhibit integration event is present in the processing method
- Flow rate was recently adjusted, so the peaks have shifted slightly, including a negative water peak after the peaks of interest
ENVIRONMENT

CAUSE
The chromatogram had a large negative peak after the final peak. The inhibit integration function did not begin until after the negative peak, resulting in incorrect integration and reducing the number of points.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Adjust the inhibit integration parameter to begin before the negative peak.
- Save the processing method.
- Reprocess the data.
