SYMPTOMS
SAT/IN does not show up when configuring a busLAC/E instrument on cLAC/E16, Windows 10, and Empower FR5. The busLAC/E card installs correctly and the busLAC/E instruments do appear in system configuration.
ENVIRONMENT

- serial SAT/IN
- busSAT/IN
- e-SAT/IN
CAUSE
Unknown.
Replicated by development. However, the busSAT/IN is no longer supported and Waters will not test or support IEEE in Empower.
FIX or WORKAROUND
Use e-SAT/IN modules in place of busSAT/IN modules.
