SYMPTOMS

Review a channel data and software reports the error "Failed to start application Review".

ENVIRONMENT

Empower 3 Feature Release 4 (Personal)

CAUSE

Unknown.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Run Review application from Driver: Empower\Bin.
2. Select the application, right-click Properties > Compatibility, and then select the option: Run this program as an administrator.
3. Review a channel data from Browse Project error no longer appears.
