Empower 3 error message: A failure occured in triggering the instrument - WKB84694

SYMPTOMS
- When interrupted during sample set execution, the following error message shows in the Message Center:
- "A failure occurred in triggering the instrument. Instrument failure 2695"
- No error observed in the error log of the 2695 body
ENVIRONMENT
- Empower 3 Base Package
- 2489 UV/Vis Detector
- 2695 Separations Module
- Two systems of e2695/2489 connected to one PC
CAUSE
Unknown
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Turn off and then turn on the instrument and PC power.
- Disconnect and connect the LAN cable and the power cable of the hub.
- Create a new sample set method.
