CAUSE
WatersService was not started on the Empower server because the password was changed for the Windows account starting the WatersService.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Specify the valid password for the account starting the Windows service WatersService on the Empower server.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Confirm that the DCOM settings are set according to the installation guide.
