Cannot copy custom fields when creating a brand new Empower project - WKB83742

SYMPTOMS

• Unable to copy custom fields when creating a new project via the new project wizard
• A copying error occurs: "Error copying from project"
• In the message center, "ORA 01536 space quota exceeded for tablespace user data"

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3

CAUSE

The quota of the new projects was too low to copy all the custom fields into the project.

FIX or WORKAROUND

Increase the tablespace quota in the wizard during project creation higher than the default of 50mb.
