  • Restarting OracleListener and OracleServiceEmpower allows Empower login to work

CAUSE

Unknown

FIX or WORKAROUND

  1. Open the list of services running on the Windows 10 computer.
  2. Set the OracleListener service to an "Automatic(Delayed Start)" startup type.
  3. Set the OracleServiceEmpower service to an "Automatic(Delayed Start)" startup type.
  4. Restart the computer.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

A delayed start for a service is typically defaulted to 2 minutes.
