- Open the list of services running on the Windows 10 computer.
- Set the OracleListener service to an "Automatic(Delayed Start)" startup type.
- Set the OracleServiceEmpower service to an "Automatic(Delayed Start)" startup type.
- Restart the computer.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
A delayed start for a service is typically defaulted to 2 minutes.
