- Oracleservice WAT5 is not started
- When starting Oracleservice WAT5, an error message appears: "computer is in safe mode"
ENVIRONMENT

CAUSE
Computer started in safe mode.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Restart computer in normal mode, not in safe mode.
- Log in to Breeze.
