OBJECTIVE or GOAL

Enable and collect 3D data using Agilent G7117C and Empower 3.

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3 Feature Release 4 (FR4)
• Agilent DAD G7117C
• Agilent ICF 3.1

PROCEDURE

1. In the Empower instrument method, click on DAD.
2. Click Advanced > Under Spectrum > Store > All.
3. Specify Range and Step.
4. Save the method.
5. Collect data.
6. Process using a PDA processing method and applying a method set.
